Would you be interested in getting exposure to several thousand DallasBlue Executive readers and bringing attendees into your facility at NO COST? Who wouldn't? Here's how we do it.

DallasBlue presents a variety of event formats, such as social mixers, lunch meetings, workshops, and expos. We even can create a regular or custom event just for you. DallasBlue sponsor hosts provide the venue and refreshments for our events. In exchange we promote your name, logo, and links in newsletter emails, calendar, and event web pages.

Requirements

The sponsor arranges and provides the meeting space, as well as appropriate food and beverage (F&B). We have the following types of events.

Meetings

Our meetings, such as for our Entrepreneurs group, are typically over lunch and often have a speaker.

  • TIME: 11:15am - 2pm
  • ROOM: 50 people seated plus welcoming area and table
  • F&B: Lunch and beverage
  • A/V PREFERRED: Digital projector and screen or large screen TV with computer input
  • A/V OPTIONAL: Microphone and speakers

Workshops

The following format is for our monthly LinkedIn Workshop, typically held on Thursday.

  • TIME: 12:45 - 4:30pm
  • ROOM: Up to 30 people seated with welcoming area and table with convenient electrical and broadband (if wired) outlets
  • F&B: Snacks and beverage
  • A/V REQUIRED: Free and open broadband Internet (preferably wireless), Digital projector and screen or large screen TV with computer input, convenient electrical outlets for all attendees
  • A/V OPTIONAL: Microphone and speakers

Evening Networking

Our primary networking event is our Fat Tuesday Networking and LinkedIn Party

  • TIME: 4:45 - 8pm
  • ROOM: Up to 50 people, tables and seats optional
  • F&B: Appetizers and beverage, typically includes wine and beer
  • A/V OPTIONAL: Digital projector and screen or large screen TV with computer input, Microphone and speakers
