TITLE: Director, Organizational Development

COMPANY: Publicly traded, international Fortune 100 corporation.

BASED: Texas

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary role is the creation, implementation of state-of-the-art leadership and management development programs. This includes succession planning, talent assessment, needs assessment, and the development and delivery of management and leadership training globally. Will coordinate training and development programs with human resources personnel at locations nationally and internationally. 25% travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree with Masters preferred. Experience required is a minimum of 8 years in OD/corporate training leadership position. Must have hands-on experience developing, implementing, and leading management development/training programs.
